When Will My Items Ship?
We do our best to estimate ship times on the items page. Orders ship Monday - Friday, and most items ship in 1-2 business days. However some take longer dependant on the item, so please visit the specific items page for estimated shipping time on individual items or view your shopping cart for the estimated ship date of your total order. Orders placed on the weekend for 1-2 day ship items will be shipped promptly on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified and it will be shipped promptly after arriving directly to you. To check your order status at anytime visit the Your Account page and view your Order History.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based upon the total order estimated shipping weight and will be displayed before you confirm your order during the checkout process. You may choose between Standard 3-7 Day, Expedited 2-3 Day, and Express Air 1-2 Day when checking out, for certain areas outside the continental USA Expedited and Express Air may not be available.
How Will My Items Ship?
We ship UPS to ensure the prompt delivery of your items, you can also track your items using the provided tracking # in your Order History page to see when they will arrive. *Some larger items may be delivered by alternate carriers.
Defective Items
All warranties, expressed or implied, are completed by the manufacturer of the product/goods and not by CustomizeMyevo.com. CustomizeMyevo.com’s sole warranty for each product/goods sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product/goods from the manufacturer. CustomizeMyevo.com gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. CustomizeMyevo.com makes no claim of accountability after a product has been received by the ordering party. The customer assumes all costs associated with the warranty of a given product including any applicable labor for removal and/or replacement of that item(s), diagnosis of a problem that may be related to that item(s) and all shipping costs. Please be sure to ask us if you have any questions about a specific manufacturer’s warranty before you make a purchase.
Use of products we sell:
We accept no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation,
or modification. CustomizeMyevo recommends professional installation for every
product we sell. All products listed are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY unless otherwise
clearly noted. Every order that we ship is insured for your protection. If you
receive a damaged product your first call should be to the courier immediately
following acceptance. All shipping damage claims are the responsibility of the
customer, but we will provide you with the proper documentation and assistance.
Returns and Cancellation Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our primary objective. If you receive a
product other than what you ordered or it is damaged or incomplete, please contact
us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Items in the
customer's possession for longer than 14 days will not be accepted for return.
If you knowingly receive the incorrect product and open the box or attempt to
install the product, it is now yours.
ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF CustomizeMyevo.com.

Cancellations and returns must be authorized by CustomizeMyevo.com. An RMA number must be used when returning products or they will be denied.

All order cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee; once an item is shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; once an items packaging is open the item is considered used. When 7 days have passed since the product(s) have been received the item(s) can no longer be returned.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON: opened, used, installed, modified, or damaged products

NO RETURNS ON: Electronics, turbochargers, clutch kits, special order items, body parts, fuel system, and engine internals.

Returns are for store credit only.

We are unable to process cancellations on special order items. Special order items often times are shipped directly from Japan and take up to 3 months for delivery.

Claims for goods damaged in shipping must be submitted to CustomizeMyevo.comwithin 48 hours of receipt per shipper's records and a picture must be e-mailed to CustomizeMyevo.com returns@CustomizeMyevo.com. Photo must clearly show the defect or damaged section. All packaging in which damaged goods are received must be saved for carrier's inspection.

CustomizeMyevo.com will not accept any return shipments without an RMA number.
CustomizeMyevo.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CustomizeMyevo.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CustomizeMyevo.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and you will be given the option to purchase the item at the correct price or cancel it.
